The Engadine sun is shining and the grill is glowing as there fire up the winter once more on the Carlton Terrace. From 12 noon every day onwards, the mouth-watering barbecue aromas begin to spread from grill specialities. Choose from select cuts of meat and fresh fish from the Barbecue Menu (on sunny days only).
