This is where lovers of vegetarian and flexitarian cuisine come to be pampered in our stylish restaurant or, in summer, on our sunny outdoor terrace. Pleasure is first and foremost: whether it is an Engadine beer, a glass of fine wine or the culinary arts of top chef Kari Walker.
